One of his favorite expressions is "Tienes que darle al pueblo lo que quiere el pueblo", which means you have to give people what they want. He loves to please people and see them happy. After getting feedback, he has decided to create Daily Specials to start things off. He will also be bringing a vegan version of the famous Pabellon Criollo dish.  So many people rave about his cooking. You will see why in the month of November.
